NZ Bio Forestry has entered into a Heads of Agreement with Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P. — the first North American private equity firm accredited by the Green Climate Fund.
It will allow NZ Bio Forestry to accelerate the global transition away from fossil fuels by advancing biochemicals, bioplastics, biofuels, and biomaterials as scalable, renewable alternatives.
