Since 2017, NZ Bio Forestry has worked tirelessly to redefine the future of New Zealand's forestry industry—developing an integrated bioeconomy model that creates significantly greater value from renewable forestry resources through advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, and bio-industrial innovation.

In recent months, that long-term vision has gathered significant momentum.

The signing of a Heads of Agreement with Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Manawa to explore the future of Kaingaroa Village as one of New Zealand's first integrated bioeconomy industrial centres has been followed by strategic partnerships with Energy Estate and Kākāriki Renewables, along with growing media interest across New Zealand, Australia and internationally.

Now, that momentum is reaching the global investment community.

NZ Bio Forestry has been invited to present at the Next Generation Sustainable Capital Markets Investor Salon, hosted by NZ Bio Forestry's partner The Blended Capital Group in Amsterdam on 12 October.

Held on the eve of the internationally recognised Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in Person 2026 Conference, the Investor Salon brings together institutional investors, development finance organisations and market innovators to explore the next generation of sustainable investment opportunities.

NZ Bio Forestry will share how its integrated bioeconomy platform combines renewable forestry biomass, engineered timber, biomaterials, green chemicals, renewable fuels and renewable energy into institutional-scale investment opportunities capable of transforming regional economies.

The event also features Circular Brain from Brazil, with both organisations exploring a common challenge:

How do we transform the bioeconomy and circular economy from innovative business strategies into investable institutional asset classes?

For NZ Bio Forestry, the invitation represents another important milestone in a journey that has been nearly a decade in the making. It reflects growing international recognition of New Zealand's forestry resources, the company's integrated bioeconomy model, and the opportunity to create greater value from renewable carbon while supporting regional communities.

The conversation is no longer confined to New Zealand.

It is now reaching international investors, sustainability leaders and capital markets—opening new opportunities to position New Zealand as a global leader in the bioeconomy.
